All the designs are the sole property of made by emmel and are covered
by © Copyright. Our designs may not to be reproduced in any way. It is
your responsibility to obtain permission for the use of any literature/
text and images that you ask made by emmel to include in your stationery.
Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time. However, once an order has
been placed, the price quoted will be honored.
Card Variation
All our cards are individually handmade, therefore there may be slight
variations between individual cards.
Proof Reading
You are responsible for the proof reading. Made by emmel can’t
be held responsible for any mistakes noticed after the proofs have
been approved.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled after proofs have been approved but before
your stationery order has been commenced, 50% of the total price will
be retained by made by emmel. If your order has been finished,
the full value of your order will be retained.
Refunds
Made by emmel will only offer refunds if goods are faulty or are
not what the customer ordered i.e. not the same design as signed off
from approval.
Delivery
Made by emmel cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage
to goods after they have been dispatched. All stationery will have to
be signed for on delivery.
Extra Postage
When posting your cards, some of the card designs may require large
letter stamps instead of standard stamps, due to the depth of the cards.
Royal mail states that for a standard stamp, the thickness of the item
should be no more than 5mm. (We will inform you which cards require
a large letter stamp.)
